This is our last week on the CSC assignment. At the beginning of the week we were finalizing our report and then presented it to the customer. The final version of our presentation ended up being 73 slides giving recommendations for our customer agencies.
The stakeholders agreed with all of our conclusions and seemed to be impressed
with the final results.
Yesterday we had the opportunity to participate in a local community service. We led an awareness session on Internet safety for parents which was organized by our customer (Secretaria de Seguridad Ciudadana). Our team talked to 70 parents of a local high school. They all showed great interest in the topic and were eager to learn new things about social media, the risks and how they can protect their children from possible dangers on the web. It was interesting to see how concerned parents were about the Internet activities of their kids and how they felt about their kids knowing more about computers than themselves.
Today we will present the final results to the Governor of Querétaro. Chandru will present the findings and recommendations on behalf of the Security team. So we are all excited and honoured to meet the governor tonight.
The CSC assignment has come to an end and tomorrow we will head out in all different directions. Some of us will start their holidays, some are going back home to see their families and friends. It will definitely be a sad moment to say good bye to such a great team!
